On the instructions of Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh Environment, Climate Change Coastal Development- Department, Dost Muhammad Rahimon, Secretary Environment Agha Shahnawaz Khan and Deputy Director/ Regional Incharge Imran Ali Abbasi, Deputy Director Qutubuddin Dars organized a *Seminar/ Presentation at Health Services Hospital Matiari.

Deputy Director Qutubuddin Dars while addressing the seminar, said that every year, SEPA District office Matiari celebrates "World Earth Day" with great exuberance.
This office, proudly organized a vibrant celebration of World Earth Day 2025. On * global theme, “ Our Power, Our Planet,” emphasizes the vital role of clean energy and collective action in safeguarding our environment.
The event featured engaging activities including awareness sessions, environmental poster and presentations highlighting the importance of environmental protection. Officials from the Sindh EPA, Hospital Administration and community members came together to reaffirm their commitment to a sustainable future.
Speaking on the occasion, the District Officer of Sindh EPA Matiari stated, “It is our collective responsibility to protect and preserve our natural resources. Through education and active participation, we can empower our youth to become environmental stewards.”
The event aimed to aspire audience and the broader community to take actionable steps towards a greener, cleaner and more sustainable Sindh, Pakistan.
